Executive Risk Assessment

Aikinen offers a proprietary Executive Risk Assessment/Appraisal. An Executive Risk Assessment (ERA) is a detailed executive risk questionary analysis which is used to provide/give executives an evaluation of their personal risks and overall executive environment's health. Aikinen's proprietary approach to the Executive Risk Assessment (ERA) is based on the principles of Aikinen's ExecutiveMaxHealth concept and the unique AikiTri model for executive health.

Executives in the modern envrionment are facing more and more risk from a variety of new sources such as personal risk from disgruntled employees, identity theft, social media and reputation risk, technological risks, financial risks. and most of all management risk of making the difficult decisions.

Most current Executive Risk Assessments (ERA's) on the market today follow the same simple standard questions and thinking. While they can be helpful, they simply do not go into the necessary depth and understanding of the executive's health risks to be of any real use. A much more clear and robust comprehensive ERA is necessary to get a full understanding of an executive's health and what factors need to be worked on to improve the overall health/risk profile.

Aikinen's Executive Risk Assessment is offered independently or in combination with the Executive Coaching/Consulting services. The Executive Risk Assessment can be utilized independently or in consultation with other executive consulting service providers a company is working with. The results can also be used to begin a series of Executive Health Coaching sessions.
