AikinenMaxHealth and SeniorMaxHealth

The AikinenMaxHealth/SeniorMaxHealth program will help you build a customized and comprehensive health profile that will take you to a much healthier place. Clients first start by completing an Aikinen Health Profile Questionnaire designed to indicate which inputs of the AikiTri health model need to be optimized/improved upon. After identifying these key areas for health optimization, sessions are scheduled to work on these areas to improve health. Clients also choose what other areas they would like to work on in the model.

The AikiTri model is broken down into three sections (Physical/Mind/Spirit) and there are 21 Physical inputs, 39 Mind inputs, and 8 Spiritual inputs. The model also has 17 Other advanced concepts built into it that are covered in the Advanced Aikinen Coaching service. Each coaching session is usually 3 parts which covers current health issues and progress, key (nutrition) or requested health input, and progress on one additional input in the model.

Coaching sessions last for approximately 1 hour and can be done either in person if in the geographical territory I cover, or by telephone, or video conference. Recommended session frequency tends to be once per month, but there is flexibility if time is available to meet more frequently or less frequently at the client's request. Each new coaching session/input is uniquely geared and tailored for the individual client. Some inputs require only partial sessions whereas other inputs might require multiple sessions to reach the goals
