Providing a professional Executive Risk Assessment utilizing principles from the AikiTri ExecutiveMaxHealth model to identify and ameliorate executive risks at all level
"Quality is never and accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort."
-John Ruskin
Aikinen offers a proprietary Quality Audit/Assessment. A Quality Audit/Assessment (QAA) is a detailed quality assurance analysis which is used to provide/give executives an unbiased evaluation of the existing quality processes in their company. Aikinen's proprietary approach to the Quality Audit/Assessment (QAA) is based on the principles of Aikinen's BusinessMaxHealth model and the unique AikiTri for business health. This process clearly identifies the areas where misalignment has happened with corporate strategic objectives and advanced techniques are used to "Optimize the Pieces Together" to produce a more robust and on target quality assurance process.
Most current Quality Assurance Assessments on the market today follow the same simple standard questions and thinking. While they can be helpful, they simply do not go into the necessary depth and understanding of the roots of existing problems to be of any real use. A much more clear and robust comprehensive Quality Assessment using Aikinen principles is necessary to get a full understanding of a company's quality processes and what factors need to be worked on to improve the overall quality management. The key is not to bring in outside quality systems that don't work well within the existing company's operations, culture, and processes. Outside systems are unsustainable long term and instead what is needed in a more unique/organic/internal approach to quality management that strengthens/increases the existing quality systems that are already working while reducing systems that are not working.
Aikinen's Quality Audit/Assessment (QAA) is offered independently or in combination with the Business Coaching/Consulting and/or personalized Executive Coaching/Consulting services. A person can take just the Aikinen Quality Audit/Assessment and then go on and use the assessment in consultation with any other quality service providers a company is working with at the time, or the person can elect to use the results of the assessment to begin a series of Aikinen Business/Executive Health Coaching/Consulting sessions to work on the areas discovered in the assessment.
Aikinen's Quality Audit/Assessment is offered in two forms. The Basic Quality Audit/Assessment is designed to be completed in 1-4 hours. The Advanced Quality Audit/Assessment is designed to be completed in 4 hours or more. Contact Aikinen for more details...
