What kind of seminars does Aikinen offer?
Aikinen currently offers four different seminars. Adult Health Seminars, Senior Health Seminars, Executive Seminars, and Advanced Aikinen Seminars. Seminars are available and are scheduled upon request.
How long does each seminar last?
Each full seminar is designed to be a full 6 hours of time, in 2 hour sections. There are also 2 and 4 hour condensed versions of the full 6 hour seminars as well. Another option is also to configure the seminar using different parts of three available types of seminars. This means you could do a 2 hour Health seminar together with a 2 hour Executive seminar with a 2 hour Advanced Aikinen to add up to a full 6 hour seminar. The 2 hour seminars can be mixed and matched to build a custom seminar.
What is the price to attend a seminar?
Each type of 2 hour seminar pricing is based on a per person amount with a total minimum to hold the seminar. Each type of seminar and customized seminars have their own established pricing.

How do I pay for the seminars?
Seminars are prepaid in advance and there are several payment options available to pay for them. Credit card, check, and cash are all acceptable.
Where are the seminars held?
Currently I offer seminars anywhere in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. For areas outside the Bay Area or some other location in the state or country, contact me and we can discuss various options. Seminars can be held in many different locations such as Corporate Offices, Hotel Conference Rooms, or even someone's house or backyard. The location is determined upon the request and size.
Can I attend multiple seminars?
Seminars are open to everyone. You don't have to be an executive for example, to attend and executive seminar. Many aspiring managers and middle level management attend the executive seminars to gain skills in preparation to become an executive or senior level manager. Many middle age adults attend the Senior Health Coaching seminar to help understand how to work with their aging parents or to prepare themselves for their own upcoming years.
