AikinenMaxHealth Seminars

Offering Adult and Seniors health group seminars using the AikinenMaxHealth and SeniorMaxHealth models to address the unique issues and stressors in building superior health and longevity strategies. These seminars are held by request and there are three options: 2 hour, 4 hour, and 6 hour seminars are available.

The 6 hour seminar consists of three sections, 2 hours are spent on Physical inputs (Nutrition, Hydration, Exercise...), 2 hours are spent on Mind inputs (Stress Management, Self-Control, Happiness...), and 2 hours are spent on Spiritual inputs (Purpose, Peace, Enlightenment...). The 2 and 4 hour seminars are more condensed versions of the 6 hour full seminar.

Attendees get to take Dr. Ronald Grossarth-Maticek's two landmark attitude tests taken by over 10,000 people (Pleasure Well Being Test/Self Regulation Questionnaire) which demonstrated people with specific test results were 30 times more likely to be alive 20 years later. Attendees will also develop a comprehensive Aikinen Health Plan for Short, Medium, and Long term health goal setting as well as the Aikinen Health Profile Questionnaire.
