Stress Management seminars using the StressMaxHealth and AikinenMaxHealth models to address the unique issues and stressors in building superior health and longevity strategies. These seminars are held by request and there are three options: 2 hour, 4 hour, and 6 hour seminars are available.
Aikinen's best approach to stress management training is based on the principles of Aikinen (Focused Optimized Energy) and how to utilize these universal energetic principles to train the mind, body, and spirit to handle and react to stress differently. Emphasized are key concepts such as blending, harmony, non-resistance (no clashing), alignment of one's energy with the current reality/situation, and striving for the best/optimal response to each situation and circumstance.
The central concept is that for each situation there is a best and a worst reaction/stress response. Aikinen's stress management seminars seek to train the individual in how to best understand, identify, and internalize what is the best response to each situation encountered and thereby improving greatly their ability to handle stressful situations. A poor stress response leads to abundant suffering and negative health consequences. Building an optimal and positive stress response can greatly improve the quality of one's life and interactions with others and situations.
