Time Management Seminar (TimeMaxHealth)

Offering Time Management seminars using the TimeMaxHealth and AikinenMaxHealth models to build superior methods, programs, and strategies in the management and prioritization of one's time in all areas of daily life. These seminars are held by request and there are three options: 2 hour, 4 hour, and 6 hour seminars are available.

Aikinen's best approach to time management training is based on the principles of Aikinen (Focused Optimized Energy) and how to utilize these universal energetic principles to train the mind, body, and spirit to handle and manage time differently. Emphasized are key concepts such identifying the Pareto Distribution of one's time, creating an optimal time plan and schedule, focusing on staying in alignment with short, medium, and long term goals, setting and managing priorities, setting realistic time objectives for projects/tasks/goals,, how to update or manage change adaption to existing time and task plans, and handling setbacks and roadblocks in your life.

The central concept is there is a best and a worst way to manage one's time. Aikinen's time management seminars seek to train the individual in how to create the best and most energetically aligned time structure for the various activities in one's life to optimize one's personal efficiency.
